Protein pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 eggs or vegan substitute
- 1 serving of Provea protein Provea Decadent Chocolate or Exquisite Vanilla)
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- A dash of plant-based milk if needed
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cook small pancakes in a hot, lightly oiled skillet.
- Turn over as soon as bubbles appear.
