Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 eggs or vegan substitute
  • 1 serving of Provea protein Provea Decadent Chocolate or Exquisite Vanilla)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • A dash of plant-based milk if needed

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cook small pancakes in a hot, lightly oiled skillet.
  3. Turn over as soon as bubbles appear.
