Ingredients
- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- ½ cup of Provea protein Provea your choice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 ¼ cups ripe bananas, mashed with a fork (3 to 4 bananas)
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, Provea protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and milk.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan, then let it cool completely on a wire rack.
