Protein-packed overnight oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 serving of Provea protein Provea Vanilla or Plain)
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Fresh fruit or nuts, to taste
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a resealable container.
- Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, top with fresh fruit or granola.
