Protein-packed overnight oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 serving of Provea protein Provea Vanilla or Plain)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Fresh fruit or nuts, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a resealable container.
  2. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with fresh fruit or granola.
