Dubai chocolate is the chocolate-and-pistachio combo that’s taken social media by storm. We’ve turned it into an everyday muffin: oat flour, Greek yogurt, and two servings of pistachio-flavored plant-based protein Provea . The result: about 9 g of protein per muffin—and a snack that keeps you going until dinner.
Two bowls, no electric mixer, and the oven does the rest. Perfect for a Sunday batch that the whole family will ask for again and again.
